What happens when Shadow's Eve ends?

Once the event ends November 2, the  crafting station will continue to exist in the hub, just not as prominent. The pumpkin lairs will go away, but you will still be able to garden for pumpkins. Candy corn will no longer drop from SAs and the autumn animal and caskart will no longer be available in the store. - Source
